During our trip to Singapore we went to Patong Beach, which is in Phuket, Thailand (it’s only about a two-hour plane ride from Singapore). Although we both would have liked to venture out and see other areas in Thailand, we decided that since it was such a short visit, we'd just enjoy everything in Patong. And there was so much to enjoy! The beaches were beautiful, the food from the little shorefront restaurants was amazing, and the shopping did not disappoint. Definitely a little taste of paradise...someday I hope we'll make it back.

How fun!! I think it is great you two are going on so many trips! You are getting to see parts of the world together!
And here I thought Hawaii was cool-- that's absolutely incredible!! Glad you got to go :)
